This product is pellet hot melt adhesive glue, Made with the use high grade raw material, good adhesion, durable, high viscosity, can be used with all edge bander machine, according to the temperature of each machine, can be used to bond a wide variety of materials including wood, melamine paper, acrylic, ABS, PVC, etc.

1. Hot-melt Adhesive TY-7605D (120°C – 150°C) : Low Temperature
Appearance : Beige Color, oval-shaped granule

Application Temperature : 120°C – 150°C
Application Scope : With the manual edge bander machine or portable edge bander machine, can be used for curve and straight edge banding.


2. Hot-melt AdhesiveTY-7603E (150°C– 180°C) : Medium Temperature
Appearance : Beige Color, oval-shaped granule
Density : 1.2

Application Temperature : 150-180°C
Application Scope : With the medium-high speed automatic edge bander machine, can be used for PVC, ABS, PP, melamine paper, veneer and solid wood edge at thickness 0.4 mm. - 2 mm.


3. Hot-melt Adhesive TY-7630E (180°C– 210°C) : High Temperature
